It is renewable each year at Oberlin provided that a student is enrolled full-time, maintains good academic standing and makes regular progress toward graduation. Within the AARC are assistant deans who are responsible for meeting with and advising students on academic policies, grading. The Academic Advising Resource Center (AARC)/Office of the Registrar supports academic advisors and students on issues related to academic success, progress toward degrees, courses, grading, and academic standing.The student must obtain pre-approval and make arrangements for the transfer of credit through the Conservatory and Office of the Registrar before.
